About the Client:
Our client is a rapidly scaling creative performance agency producing high-volume ad campaigns for global brands. They focus on result-driven content and winning creative strategies.
About the Role:
As a Creative Strategist, you are the brain behind the ads. You turn product info, customer research, and market signals into concepts, hooks, scripts, angles, and creator briefs that actually perform. Editors and creators follow your map, not the other way around.
Responsibilities:
Build 4 concepts per product with 3 hooks each that feel TikTok-native yet cinematic.
Pull insights from reviews, TikTok, Reddit, competitors, and customer language.
Turn insights into angles, hooks, UGC treatments, story beats, and scripts.
Create clear, actionable briefs for creators that remove guesswork.
Collaborate with Gabe to refine angles, kill weak ideas, and push strong ones.
Build performance scripts that match Metas best practices (hold rate, scroll-stop, CTA structure).
Map what creators need to shootno fluff, no overshooting.
Review drafts and ensure creative aligns with the strategy.
Spot new creative opportunities from trends and competitors.
Deliver clean research summaries that editors and creators can act on.
Qualifications:
Strong experience with UGC or short-form creative.
Strong performance mindsetresults matter more than pretty ideas.
Excellent research skills: customer reviews, forums, UGC analysis, trend spotting.
Can write tight, scroll-stopping scripts.
Understands what makes a UGC ad work.
Knowledgeable in hooks, pattern interrupts, angles, benefits, objections, and JTBD.
Comfortable presenting creative rationale when needed.
Fast writer and thinker, low ego, strong English.
Can think like a consumer, not a marketer.
Bonus:
Familiarity with Meta Creative Shop, TubeScience-style structures, or high-volume creative labs.
Comfortable using AI tools for research and first drafts.
Understands creative testing matrices.
