Role Overview

Were seeking a talented and results-driven Email Marketing Account Manager to join our growing eCommerce email and SMS marketing agency. In this role, youll be the primary point of contact for 7-8 figure eCommerce brands, managing their email strategy and driving exceptional results. Collaborating with an internal team of Email Copywriters, Designers, and Klaviyo Technicians, youll ensure every campaign delivers outstanding outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Client Fulfillment:

  • Develop and execute email & SMS marketing strategies tailored to each client.
  • Plan and manage monthly campaign calendars and flow optimizations.
  • Conduct regular A/B testing to optimize performance and engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee and quality-check email copy and design to ensure alignment with brand goals.
  • Stay updated on email marketing trends and new tools for continuous improvement.

Client Management:

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, providing regular updates and performance insights.
  • Lead client calls to review strategies, address concerns, and outline next steps.
  • Deliver detailed monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Team Collaboration:

  • Direct internal team members (Copywriter, Designer, Klaviyo Technician) to execute strategies efficiently.
  • Use project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) to assign tasks and track project progress.
  • Maintain clear communication and alignment within the team.

KPIs:

  • Client Management: Successfully handle 7-9 clients with varying workload demands.
  • Revenue Contribution: Ensure email marketing contributes 20-40% of clients revenue.
  • Quality & Accuracy: Deliver high-standard strategies with minimal errors.
  • Response Time: Respond to client communications within 2 hours (during business hours) or 24 hours max.
  • Client Retention: Maintain high client satisfaction and retention rates.

Must-Haves:

  • Prior experience in eCommerce email marketing (agency experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Klaviyo and SMS marketing tools.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English for seamless client communication.

Our Offer:

  • Type: Full-Time
  • Location: 100% Remote
  • Hours: aligned with US (EST) or European (CET) as we have clients in both locations
  • Compensation: $3,300 - $4,300 USD/month
  • Freelance (independent contractor role)
