About the client
The company specializes in anti-theft parcel boxes designed to protect deliveries from theft and weather conditions. Their products aim to provide homeowners with secure, weatherproof solutions for package deliveries, ensuring peace of mind and enhancing home security. In addition to parcel boxes, it offers customizable house numbers to complement their products and personalize home exteriors.
What Youll Do
1. Ads, Angles & Copy (Static Images)

Develop direct-response hooks, angles, and messaging for static ads

Craft clean, punchy, conversion-focused copy that drives clicks

Turn customer pains, objections, and insights into compelling marketing narratives
2. Creator Briefs
-
Write high-clarity briefs for UGC creators, influencers, and editors
-
Break down storyline, tone, visuals, hooks, and problem solution proof structure
-
Provide references, examples, and frameworks to guide creators
3. Scriptwriting for Video Ads
-
Write high-performance short-form & mid-form video scripts
-
Build structure for hooks, pacing, social proof, and CTA
-
Conceptualize UGC, talking-head, testimonial, demo, and educational formats
-
Translate insights, comments, and objections into performance-driven scripts
4. Lead the Creative Pipeline (Media Team)
-
Work with paid media to maintain a weekly creative testing pipeline
-
Turn data and learnings into new creative directions
-
Own ideation brief execution analysis iteration
-
Collaborate with designers, editors, and creators to ensure strategy alignment
5. Copy for Listicles & Advertorials
-
Assist in developing angles, headlines, and sections
-
Understand audience awareness levels (problem solution product most-aware)
-
Shape long-form narratives that pre-sell and warm traffic
Qualifications
-
1-3+ years in D2C ecommerce or direct-response creative work.

Proven experience crafting high-performing ads, scripts, and angles.

Strong understanding of Meta/TikTok creatives and UGC formats.

Familiar with DR frameworks (AIDA, PAS, Awareness Levels, etc.).

Able to turn insights and data into creative concepts.

Strong writing skills and ability to produce fast, high-quality output.

Comfortable working with creators, editors, and media buyers.
Offer & Working hours
- 2750 - 3000 USD
- 20 Days annual leave + 10 days for sick leave.
- B2B Freelance Contract
- full-time role (8 hours per day) and can be performed from any time zone, with some overlap with the Australian time zone required for streamlined communication.
