About the Client
Our client is an Amazon Advertising & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) agency.
The client has built proprietary in-house software to analyze accounts quickly and efficiently, eliminating wasted hours on manual report reviews. Their team is highly relationship-driven, prioritizing quality over quantity by assigning only a small number of brands to each account manager.
About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the clients team.
This role is focused on hyper-personalized outreach to eCommerce brands selling on Amazon. Instead of blasting bulk cold emails, you will craft 5-10 customized outreach messages or videos per day, each addressing specific pain points and showcasing tailored solutions.
The clients founder has successfully implemented this strategy personally and is now delegating it to a skilled SDR who can own and refine the process. Youll be supported by a VA (for lead sourcing), a designer (for creative deliverables to use in outreach), and direct guidance from the founder.
Responsibilities
Research and qualify Amazon eCommerce brands (with VA support).
Conduct personalized outreach via email, video, and custom creative (not mass campaigns).
Identify brand-specific challenges and present relevant solutions.
Collaborate with the designer to create quick visuals or mockups that add impact to outreach.
Track outreach activity, responses, and results consistently.
Book qualified meetings with decision-makers and hand over to the founder or sales team.
Continuously refine outreach scripts, strategies, and personalization approaches.
SDR would be also calling inbound leads that opt-in through our meta ads funnel to book a call
Expectations
Non-negotiable: Experience selling to eCommerce brands (Amazon/eCommerce background required).
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Proven SDR / outbound sales experience with a track record of results.
Ability to move beyond cookie-cutter scripts and apply creative, tailored approaches.
Comfortable working US or London time zone hours.
Based in Latin America or South Africa (preferred).
Open to leveraging tools/automation where useful, while maintaining personalization.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to learn quickly.
Compensation & Contract
Base Salary: $1,800/month (USD) + On-target earnings (with commissions): Up to $2,200/month.
B2B Contract: Fully Remote
Working Hours: 9-5 EST
