About Our Client
Our client is a performance-driven marketing agency specializing in high-risk industries such as cannabis and peptides. They help brands scale profitably using advanced media buying, proprietary systems, and innovative strategies to navigate compliance challenges and keep campaigns live.

About the Role

The Media Buyer will run profitable paid traffic across Meta, Google, X, Reddit, TikTok, and AppLovin. This role is responsible for planning, launching, scaling, and protecting campaign performance. It is client-facing in partnership with an Account Manager (to accompany AM on the client calls if needed) and does not involve copywriting or design work. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage cross-platform media buying and optimization across Meta, Google, X, Reddit, TikTok, and AppLovin
  • Build and execute structured testing frameworks across audiences, bids, placements, and creatives
  • Translate business goals into budget allocation, pacing strategies, and tiered scaling plans
  • Develop funnel structures across prospecting, remarketing, and brand campaigns
  • Identify and unlock new inventory and placements for growth
  • Maintain accurate tracking across Pixel, CAPI, GTM, SDKs, events, and UTMs
  • Troubleshoot delivery issues, disapprovals, and attribution gaps within 24 business hours
  • Deliver clear reporting with actionable insights via Google Sheets and dashboards
  • Collaborate with Account Managers on client communication and calls
  • Translate performance insights into clear creative and copy feedback
  • Monitor for greyhat patterns and mitigate risk

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in media buying
  • Proven experience managing $300K–$500K+ monthly ad spend
  • Strong track record of scaling while maintaining CAC and ROAS targets
  • Deep expertise in bidding, budgets, optimization events, and placements
  • Advanced Google Sheets skills with clear reporting capabilities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with X Ads, Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, or AppLovin
  • Familiarity with tools such as Triple Whale, Optmyzr, Adpulse, Bir.ch, and Asana
  • Awareness of cloaking, proxies, AdsPower, or multi-account systems (for detection and prevention)

Offer Details:

  • Salary: $4,000 – $4,800 USD per month
  • Working Hours: EST or PST (PST preferred)
  • Contract Type: Remote
