Role overview:

As an Account Manager, you'll take full ownership of client relationships and strategy across 6 accounts. You will lead internal teams (copywriter, designer, technician) to deliver high-quality, high-performing campaigns and ensure client success from onboarding through execution.

Key Responsibilities


  • Own all client communication via Slack, email, and Zoom


  • Lead strategy, performance, and growth for client accounts


  • Facilitate seamless onboarding for new clients


  • Build and manage strategic campaign calendars


  • Assign and oversee tasks for copywriters, designers, and technicians


  • Review and provide feedback on copy and design deliverables


  • Ensure timely completion of all deliverables


  • Translate client requests into clear internal action steps


  • Act as the go-to source of accountability, support, and leadership for your team


What You'll Need


  • Deep understanding of Email & SMS marketing for Ecommerce brands


  • Great knowledge of Klaviyo and technical aspects of Klaviyo


  • Experience with direct response and branded copywriting


  • Basic familiarity with Figma and creative review processes


  • Excellent written and verbal English


  • Strong communication and leadership skills


  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay on top of details


  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for client success



Working hours & compensation:

Location: Remote, full-time, EST

Compensation: $1700-$2100/month
