Our client is one of the fastest-growing performance marketing companies in the world, trusted by thousands of advertisers worldwide. Their 25,000-subscriber YouTube channel has made them a go-to authority for media buying strategy.

Now, they are expanding their Meta department and are looking for a Senior Meta Ads Media Buyer whos ready to help to build it from the ground up.

Youll be working directly with the founder and the leadership team, shaping processes, setting standards, and driving strategy for eCommerce, lead gen, and affiliate clients across the U.S., UK, Australia, and Canada.

What Youll Do

  • Build, launch, and scale Meta ad campaigns across eCommerce, lead gen, and affiliate offers.

  • Strategically manage client accounts with P&L-level ownership focused on ROAS, growth, and profitability.

  • Develop and test creative strategies (video, static, UGC), collaborating closely with our creative and design teams.

  • Lead client strategy calls, report on performance, and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.

  • Set up and manage technical tracking systems (pixels, CAPI, GTM, server-side setups, aggregated events).

  • Collaborate with our Meta lead and internal teams to define processes, testing frameworks, and best practices for future hires.

What You Bring

  • $500K+ lifetime Meta ad spend personally managed.

  • Proven ability to build and scale accounts from scratch in both eCommerce and Lead Gen.

  • Direct experience with affiliate offers and direct response marketing fundamentals.

  • Strong grasp of creative strategy and the ability to brief and direct creative teams effectively.

  • Technical proficiency with tracking, conversion setups, and attribution systems.

  • Mastery of Meta account structures (ASC, ABO/CBO, broad vs. audience targeting, signal strategies).

  • Fluent English with excellent client-facing communication skills.

  • Documented case studies and example ads with proven results.

  • Experience across performance agencies, DTC brands, affiliate networks, or lead gen services is highly appreciated.

Ideal candidate: candidates who've managed their own ad spend, people who understand offer creation, unit economics, and what drives profit across niches.

The Offer: 

Compensation: $2,500- $4,000/month base (DOE) + performance bonuses.
Target OTE: $6,000/month achievable within 6-12 months through clear, scorecard-based performance metrics.
Location & Schedule: Full-time, remote; heavy overlap with Eastern Time (ET) hours required.

Location: Remote (preferred regions: UK, Europe, Ukraine)
