Comp Range: $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 Annually.

Job Status: Salaried Full-Time

Reports to: Principal Work Location: Princeton Hybrid

Job Summary | Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should have 10 - 15 years experience with mid-large size projects including management of all work phases from investigation through remediation. Experience with NJDEP/LSRP projects required. Experience in large-scale project and task management is also required including coordination with management, contractors, clients, and project teams. Seeking a candidate with a get-it-done attitude. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with junior and senior level staff on projects of varying size/complexity.

Essential Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities will include implementation and management of technical and administrative aspects of environmental remediation projects, as well as staff management and client communication and coordination.

Other responsibilities include developing work scopes and cost estimates, implementing, directing, and overseeing soil, groundwater and vapor intrusion investigations, data management and evaluation, managing and mentoring technical staff, and technical report writing. Opportunities for increased responsibilities and advancement with proven track record.

Experience Required

  • 10 - 15 Years experience with remedial investigations and design and implementation of remedial actions.
  • Experience with staff management and mentoring.
  • Knowledgeable and proficient in NJDEP statutes and regulations (e.g., SRRA/LSRP, ARRCS and TRSR), associated technical guidance documents, regulatory timeframes, documentation/reporting requirements, and SRP regulatory forms. Experience with Superfund and PADEP environmental statutes, regulations, and guidance a plus.
  • Strong emphasis on excellent technical writing skills - clear and concise presentation of complex information.

Education and Certification Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • PE certification preferred
  • 40-Hour OSHA Hazwoper Training with Annual 8-Hour Refresher
  • Valid Driver License and Auto Insurance
