WATER TREATMENT TECHNICAL SERVICE SALES RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Central, South NJ

We are seeking individuals with a solid background in Selling/Servicing Commercial Water Treatment service contracts, Water Treatment equipment, and Problem Solving. We assume this person has worked in our industry and understands the highly technical requirements of SELLING this type of service.

This salesperson will assist in transferring all new business to our Turn-over Specialist.

Education Preferred:

Technical degree, HVAC Water treatment, L.E.E.D Certification, professional selling courses

Requirements

Experience Required:

  • Solid work experience throughout career with a minimum 4-years proven sales record
  • Working knowledge and experience with servicing HVAC and Water Treatment Systems
  • Sales experience with HVAC - Water Treatment Service and Sales preferably in NJ, PA, & NY Area
  • Strong Customer Service Background
  • Sales track record and history proving, that you know how to prospect, survey, overcome objections and sell on Value and not price
  • Experience with hunting leads and the ability to show proven process
  • Must prove solid closing ratio
  • Legionella Compliance Experience a plus

Duties include (but not limited to):

  • Cold Calling and Prospecting new business
  • Ability to survey systems, prepare written proposals with recommendation for improvements
  • Selling services and closing New Customers
  • Troubleshooting/on-site problem solving
  • Proposal and letter writing
  • Physical Ability: To handle all aspects of service and sales, traveling around Tri-State, Commuting, climb safe ladders etc
  • Quarterly and Annual planning
  • Weekly metrics meeting

Goals to Include:

  • Maintain a minimum of $1,000,000 in viable proposals at all times
  • Selling of 25-50 Accounts per year
  • Selling approximately - $300,000-$800,000 in New Business Annually
  • Must maintain and demonstrate the company values at all times

Benefits

Income Range is Formulated:

$80,000-$160,000 Plus Based on: commission, bonus, profitability. This positions compensation is largely commission based.
