The Opportunity
In this senior leadership role, youll bridge strategy and execution transforming strategic client agreements into operational success. Youll manage R&D teams, drive experimentation and trials, oversee partnerships with subcontractors, and deliver robust, high-performance reader devices.
Youll work closely with teams in Singapore and global team, collaborating across functions to develop and roll out innovative technology solutions on an industrial scale. What Youll Do
- Lead the development of our technology, from proof-of-concept to industrial roll-out, particularly focusing on the reader devices and detection performance.
- Design experiments, perform measurements and simulations, and compile insights into actionable plans.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and partners to design and manufacture next-generation detection units.
- Improve existing technologies and develop new measurement methods to ensure top-tier detection performance.
- Provide technical training and support to clients and be the trusted expert they rely on.
- Manage a R&D lab, guide your teams growth, and ensure projects stay on track and deliver exceptional results.
- Prepare clear, compelling demonstrations for stakeholders and potential clients.
- Oversee rapid development of POCs for concept validation.
- Report findings to management and stakeholders with clarity and precision.
What Youll Bring
- A PhD in Physics, or a related discipline (8+ years relevant experience) or equivalent senior-level experience.
- Deep knowledge of radiation sources, spectroscopy, or reader devices.
- Experience leading cross-functional, international project teams in complex environments.
- Proven track record of commercializing new technologies or applications.
- Industrial manufacturing experience.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills you can explain complex science in simple terms.
- A collaborative, hands-on, solutions-focused mindset.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours to bridge global teams.
