About the Job

We are seeking a experienced and motivated SAP Consultants to join our team and play a critical role in the design, implementation, and support of SAP solutions. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, configure SAP modules, and provide expert guidance to optimize processes and ensure system compliance and efficiency.

Employment Details

Employment type: Contract- 6 Months

Location: One North / Buona Vista Singapore

Working Hours: 8:30AM to 6:00PM (Mon-Fri)

Salary: $ 7000 - 9000 per month

Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Job Description & Requirement

You will be part of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Project Team to contribute to the implementation of a large-scale ERP replacement project. As an Application Technical Specialist, you will provide the necessary technical expertise to support the project and work closely with the IT team and/or the System Integrator to ensure that the project deliverables are aligned to the organization and the Government's IT Policies. You will be responsible to contribute to the architecture design of the ERP system and work closely with the System Integrator to ensure all third-party apps are properly integrated.

SAP Logistics (MM/SD)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Techno-functional consultant to support and configure SAP MM/SD.

- Provide helpdesk support to business user.

- Work closely with internal/external team to deliver, maintain, troubleshoot and enhance SAP functionality.

- Prepare functional specification document, technical specification document and unit testing.

- Provide support to business users during UAT phase of project and resolving issues if any.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Studies, Information Systems or relevant discipline.

- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in IT, with a focus on SAP ECC MM/SD support. Prior SAP MM/SD implementation is preferred.

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Experience in working with interfaces between SAP and 3rd party systems.

- Knowledge of ABAP is must.

- Prior experience in the public sector is preferred.

- SAP certification is a plus

SAP Basis

You will work closely with the IT Team and/or System Integrator to:

· Support SAP Basis Administration activities such as ID creation and transporting objects to different systems.

· Document SAP processes, procedures, and plans; including changes, upgrades, and new services.

· Understand the pain points and requirements of the business stakeholders.

· Install, configure, maintain, migrate or upgrade the SAP systems as required.

· Look into and troubleshoot SAP Basis-related issues.

· Perform regular maintenance and performance tuning for Database and SAP systems.

· Understand the related third-party apps and core ERP system and technical design of the connectors/apis as well as integration requirements to meet business needs.

· Manage service delivery of the ERP system of system which includes integration with existing third-party systems / government applications.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience.

· Minimum of 5 years' experience in SAP BASIS/Netweaver/ABAP Application Server monitoring and administration.

· Familiar with SAP ECC and HANA environments.

· Good experience in SAP system configurations, upgrades/installations, performance tuning and migration activities

· Expert in investigating and resolving issues related to system performance.

· Can document SAP processes, procedures, and plans; including changes, upgrades, and new services.

· Relevant SAP Certification would be a plus.

SAP HR

Job Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client business processes and map them to SAP HCM solutions, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, ESS/MSS, and Recruitment.
  • Configure and customize SAP HR/HCM modules to meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and HR teams to gather requirements, provide functional specifications, and develop system solutions.
  • Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support training and go-live activities.
  • Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SAP HCM modules post-implementation.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including Basis, ABAP developers, and other SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SuccessFactors) to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP HCM trends, legal compliance requirements, and technology advancements.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in SAP BASIS/Netweaver/ABAP Application Server monitoring and administration.
  • Familiar with SAP ECC and HANA environments.
  • Good experience in SAP system configurations, upgrades/installations, performance tuning and migration activities
  • Strong knowledge of core SAP HCM modules: PA, OM, TM, Payroll, and ESS/MSS. Exposure to SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Experience with at least one full lifecycle SAP HCM implementation.
  • Proficiency in configuring SAP HCM modules and writing functional specifications.
  • Understanding of HR business processes, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
