IBM MQ Designer

We are looking out for a proficient IBM MQ consultant whom can Design and Setup the MQ system. 

This will be 12 months contract role in Singapore, renewable, 

Responsibilities :

• Design and setup IBM MQ in line with enterprise standards.
  
  
• Set up and configure queue managers, queues, channels, listeners, and security settings.
  
  
• Define and implement high availability (HA), failover, and disaster recovery strategies for MQ.
  
  
• Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to establish integration points and message flows.
  
  
• Automate MQ configuration and deployments using scripting (e.g., MQSC, Bash, PowerShell).
  
  
• Monitor and tune MQ performance, and perform root cause analysis for issues.
  
  
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of MQ topology, configurations, and operational procedures
