Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Receptionist to join our team at Zenith Education. As the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment. Your professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and efficient handling of administrative tasks will contribute to the overall success of our tuition center.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information about Zenith's programs, services, and schedules.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist in student enrollment processes, including registration, payment processing, and documentation.
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
  • Coordinate schedules and appointments for teachers, staff, and students.
  • Manage classroom and facility bookings, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with the administrative team to support day-to-day operations of the tuition center.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Ensure the welfare and pantry for students is well stocked, organized, and clean.
  • Monitor inventory levels of pantry and welfare supplies, and replenish as needed.
  • Maintain records of orders, expenses, and consumption related to student welfare.
  • Assist teachers in ordering food and welfare items for students


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or similar role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service and creating a positive experience for all visitors.
  • Familiarity with the education industry, tuition center operations, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
