Our ideal Leasing Specialist is energetic, down-to-earth, and confident in decision-making. You manage high rental inquiry volume, value follow-up, and ensure each lead results in either a tenant relationship or a positive Zenith experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • 2+ years of Leasing or Customer Service experience
  • Critical thinking, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
  • Track record of outstanding performance
  • Professional image and presentation
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Computer literacy (MS, Google, Property/Project Management software)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proven team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Personal integrity and commitment to excellence
  • Valid Drivers License and good driving record (MVR required)

Preferred

  • Demonstrated software proficiency
  • Working knowledge of AppFolio

Desired

  • General leasing or property management knowledge, including inquiries, showings, follow-up, and customer service
  • Knowledge of EOS
  • Working knowledge of Tenant Turner, Rent Engine, and Boomscreen

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and schedule showings with a focus on conversion to Zenith residents
  • Process applications and determine approval status
  • Complete deposits and intake of rent payments
  • Complete move-in leases and conduct move-in appointments with incoming residents
  • Evaluate vacant properties and report maintenance issues, and do spiff cleanings as needed.
  • Complete move-in inspections, documenting property condition prior to move-in
  • Post notices as scheduled after verifying compliance status
  • Provide personalized responsive service at front desk, helping with all walk-in needs
  • Identify inefficiencies and support R3 (Review, Revise, Retrain) improvements
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communication with PMs via email, Teams, and Zoom
  • Conduct Facetime walk-throughs for onboarding, repairs, inspections, or emergencies
  • Support remote teams with renewal notices, delinquency, and non-compliance notice printing, mailing, and physical postings
  • Support accounting with scanning utility documents
  • Meet with owners or residents as required

Performance bonuses and other benefits are available after 90 days. The anticipated work schedule is full-time on-site, with intermittent participation in after-hours response being required.
