Zenith Properties NW is looking for a motivated and proactive, in-office, Portfolio Property Manager to oversee day-to-day property management operations within an assigned portfolio of single-family properties. QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED:

• 2+ years of Property Management experience
• Personal Integrity with a positive, can-do attitude
• Proactive & Responsive Communicator able to navigate challenging issues
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to set appropriate priorities and pivot as needed
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and property management software
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record

PREFERRED:

• Experience with AppFolio
• General knowledge of maintenance and operation of major systems in single-family properties
• Knowledge in Washington State Landlord-Tenant Law

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee a portfolio of single-family properties, ensuring smooth operations and owner/resident satisfaction. Lead and motivate small team on ensuring all appropriate tasks are completed timely and accurately.
• Proactively develop and have passion to foster relationships with Property Owner clients, earning trust and generate 5-star reviews and referrals through delivering personalized responsive service.
• Communicate proactively and effectively with team members, property owners, residents, and vendors.
• Ability to strongly advocate and confidently communicate to Property Owners smart recommendations and solutions that are in the Owners best long-term interests for the property such as maintenance resolution, reducing vacancy, capital improvements, tenant retention strategies, and legal risk mitigation.
• Collaborative teamwork with Maintenance, Leasing, Accounting & Leadership Teams.
• Manage financial reporting, including reviewing and explaining client monthly financial statements.
• Mitigate Legal Risk and full compliance of all federal and state Landlord-Tenant Laws.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold company core values.
