Preferred:

• 1+ years in Residential Property Maintenance experience
• 1+ years in Home Inspections experience
• 1+ years in Property Insurance Adjusting
• Background in Residential Home Inspection, Property Insurance Adjusting, or similar Property Inspection
• Proficiency in home inspection/property management software and documentation

Essential Duties:

• Efficient & successful completion of high-quality property evaluations at occupied and vacant residential rental properties
• Professional Presentation - inward and outward
• Accurate documentation of all completed work at properties, per Company specifications & requirements

Essential Requirements:

• Able to work indoors and outdoors
• Intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching and prolonged periods of sitting
• Able to occasionally lift 75 pounds
• Able to work at heights of more than 10 feet
• Able to travel to other locations to perform maintenance
• Must have own tools necessary to perform any and all repairs (Larger machinery or specialty tools will be provided by Company, within reason)
• Experience in the use of maintenance reference materials including Manufacturer's Maintenance Manuals, Structural Repair Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalogs, Component Manuals, etc.
• Experience using electronic maintenance tracking programs

License/Certification:

• Valid US Driver's License (Required)
• Pre-Employment Drug Testing
• Background Screen

Schedule:

• 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday

Competitive compensation offered based upon qualifications and dependent upon experience. Performance bonuses and other possible benefits available after 90 days.
