Role Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Technical sales admin.

Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support to the technical sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales orders, and invoices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales collateral.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of sales events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to the sales process, such as processing orders, managing inventory, and generating sales reports.
  • Continuously strive to improve sales processes and efficiency within the organization.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a technical or IT-related industry.
  • Proven experience in administrative processes and clerical skills
  • Ability to provide administrative assistance and customer service
  • Familiarity with technology-related administrative tasks and processes
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, technology, or a related field
  • Experience working in IT or technology-related industries is a must
  • A strong technical Background is a must.
  • A strong knowledge of IT companies in Qatar.
  • A strong knowledge of Oracle Technologies and Microsoft technologies.
  • Experience with tenders.
  • Experience with RFP process.
  • strong project management skills.
