A nationally recognized health benefits organization is hiring Health Benefit Advisors to join their energetic Chicago-based sales team. This is a phone-first, entry-level opportunity with real earnings potential and room to grow fast. What You'll Do

• Sell health insurance by handling inbound calls and making 50-100 outbound calls/day.
• Spend ~95% of your workday on the phone with warm leads.
• Work closely with your manager and teammates in a tight-knit team environment.
• Receive extensive support and coaching during an 8-week training period.

What You'll Bring

• Strong drive personal or financial motivation to succeed.
• Ability to stay focused in a high-volume, phone-based setting.
• Comfort using multiple computer systems/screens at once.
• Bachelor's degree a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to work full-time, in-person at Willis Tower.
