Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Dental Assistant Floater to join our team, providing essential support across our seven practices on the westside of Phoenix. This position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to work in various locations while ensuring high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist dentists during a range of procedures, including surgery, implants, and endodontics.

  • Prepare and sterilize instruments and dental equipment.

  • Perform dental scanning and ensure accurate imaging for diagnostic purposes.

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support throughout treatment visits.

  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist with appointment scheduling as needed.

  • Adapt to different office environments and contribute to a cohesive team dynamic.

  • Manage inventory and ensure that dental supplies are readily available.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a dental practice (Dentrix experience preferred).

  • DANB certification (required).

  • EFDA certification preferred; pay scale will adjust accordingly.

  • Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant program.

  • Valid Dental Assistant certification/license in the state of Arizona.

  • Radiography certification preferred.

  • CPR certification is a plus.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
