About the job Junior Recruiter - Remote Talent
About the Role:
Zia is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role will focus on sourcing and screening virtual talent for our clients in the dental industry. You will work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to build a high-quality pipeline of candidates and support our end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates for remote positions across various roles.
- Screen applicants based on defined scoring criteria (behavior, experience, background, communication style).
- Follow a structured daily schedule with defined productivity goals (number of interviews, talent added to database, etc.).
- Tag and classify candidates in the database using a tier system (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3).
- Participate in continuous training.
Pipeline and Records Maintenance as a core function of recruitment
workflow
Qualifications:

1+ year experience in sourcing or recruiting (remote recruiting preferred).

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).

Organized, coachable, and able to follow structured systems.

Familiar with basic recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed,
etc.). -
Comfortable working with performance metrics and daily tracking.
