Zirojob is recruiting for an experienced Marketing Executive to join a thriving staffing agency based in Leigh,Manchester.

This is an excellent opportunity for Marketing Executive to develop their experience and career further in a standalone role that would develop quickly into a Marketing Manager position.

This hands on and varied role will involve strategising, building brand awareness, developing and executing marketing campaigns in a growing organisation that has a global reach and vision.

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE

• Help to develop creative briefs and guide creative direction for advertising and communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
• Implement the online and lead traffic acquisition strategies, covering SEO, PPC, social media and PR.
• Create and implement the marketing strategy, and inventive marketing tactics for all types of channels.
• Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
• Strategic and commercially minded
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
• Knowledge of developing marketing plans and campaigns
• Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
• Experience in wordpress and adobe suite
