Wellness Coordinator / Front Desk (Bilingual Spanish Required)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and bilingual Wellness Coordinator / Front Desk professional to join our team. This hybrid role involves front desk support, client communication, and coordination of our wellness programs. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, sales-savvy, and fluent in both English and Spanish, as many of our clients are Spanish-speaking.

This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone who thrives in a wellness-focused environment and is passionate about helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and manage front desk operations, including scheduling, check-in/out, and phone/email communication

• Conduct initial consultations and explain wellness services to potential clients

• Promote and sell memberships, packages, and individual services

• Maintain a welcoming, professional environment at the front desk and throughout the clinic

• Assist in the coordination and daily oversight of weight loss, red light therapy, cryotherapy, and infrared therapy programs

• Collect Co-pays and Co-insurance

• Verify Insurance and obtain authorization for treatment

• Engage clients to understand their wellness goals and recommend suitable services

• Track client progress and provide follow-up communication

• Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping for all clients

• Serve as a key point of contact for both English- and Spanish-speaking clients

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (required)

• 1+ year of sales or customer service experience (wellness/health industry preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Friendly and approachable with a genuine interest in wellness and helping others

• Knowledge of or willingness to learn about red light therapy, cryotherapy, infrared therapy, and weight loss programs

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $16.00 $21.00 per hour (based on experience) + commission

• Part-time position
