Sales Support Administrator
We are looking for an experienced administrator to offer Sales Support to our growing manufacturing client based in Sidcup. The Sales Support Administrator is an ongoing position with a potential opportunity to be taken on permanently. We are seeking a reliable and organised Sales Support to assist with general administrative tasks and data-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and documentation tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up to date records in ERP and other internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support the smooth execution of ongoing tasks and projects.
- Inputting and verifying data into the ERP system.
- Providing administrative support when required.
- Assist in invoice generation and record-keeping after dispatch of goods.
Requirements:
- Experience in administrative or support roles, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft packages especially Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
This is on a temporary ongoing basis with the potential opportunity to go permanent later on in the contract. They are offering the hourly rate between £17-18ph depending on experience. This is a Monday to Friday opportunity working a 37.5hr week.
