Responsibilities:

  • Monday - Friday 8:45-17:30
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email and chat
  • Assist customers in resolving inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills and positive attitude
  • Used to taking high volume calls & resolving customer queries in a polite and friendly manner
  • Efficient & Computer literate with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities
