Shift Team Leader

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Shift Team Leader to work for our amazing NHS for the Facilities Department. This is a 4 on 4 off shift pattern working between the hours of 7am 7pm.

The ideal candidate will have Good Organisational and Communication Skills, Strong Leadership Skills, and are confident in Computer Systems.

Job Description:

• All employees are expected to comply with statutory requirements and the Trusts employment policies while carrying out their work.
• Driving the Trusts vehicles to other sites.
• To help provide a front line comprehensive, professional, and courteous Facilities service for the stakeholders of the site and Community sites.
• Collection and delivery of equipment and clinical items.
• You must always carry out your responsibilities with due regard to the Trusts Equal Opportunities Policy.
• Collection of clinical waste, domestic waste, general waste, confidential waste, and laundry from departments and associated properties on the main hospital site.
• All employees are required to work in a confidential manner in all aspects of their work.

Requirements:

• SIA Licence
• Current DBS
• Full Clean UK Driving Licence
• PCV Licence (Desired)

The hourly rate is £14.75/ hr with the enhance rate up to £22.51.
