About the job Customer Service Advisor

An Inbound Customer Sales Advisor is required for a successful trade company based in the Hemel Hempstead area.

You will be handling a high number of inbound customer calls, processing sales orders, answering enquiries and resolving complaints appropriately. As a Customer Sales Advisor you will maintain an excellent customer service level and communicate relevant information to the correct departments and managers.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate previous customer service experience, inbound call handling, with strong communication and computer skills being essential to apply.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a busy and friendly team working within a busy and varied role!

This position is offered on a temp-perm basis, with an immediate start available.

Working hours: Monday Friday 7:30am 5:00pm
