Customer Service Representative - German Speaker

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-oriented German-speaking Customer Service Representative for a position based in Lisbon, Portugal.

In this role, you will support customers with professionalism and empathy, handle inquiries via phone/email, and ensure a smooth and positive experience for every client. You'll be part of a multicultural environment with strong onboarding and continuous support.

What we offer:

• On-site role in Lisbon
• Monday-Friday schedule (08:00-17:00)
• Permanent contract
• 1100 Euro gross salary/month (paid over 14 months)

• German + English proficiency
