Business Development Representative

You will be a key member of the Manatal sales team, assisting in the successful acquisition of new clients. This role is for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who is seeking a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify inbound leads to ensure that potential customers match defined eligibility criteria.
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Use cold calling and other outbound tactics to reach prospects and create a great first impression by inspiring them to learn how Manatal can benefit their business.
  • Research accounts, Identify prospective key stakeholders through outbound research methods.
  • Understand and analyze customers' business needs, technical requirements, and current challenges. Position the right offering accordingly, highlighting the relevant product capabilities to demonstrate values.
  • Initiate and nurture relationships with prospects, then set up meetings between prospects and our Customer Success team members.
  • Utilize Outreach sequences to achieve weekly prospecting metrics and optimize prospecting techniques.
  • Continuously improve alignment with the Customer Success team.
  • Hit and consistently exceed targets.
  • Keep meticulous records of interactions with leads in our CRM.
  • Analyze commercial results to identify potential opportunities and improvements in products, technology, and internal operational models.
  • Other tasks assigned by the CEO and management.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 1-3 years of business development experience.
  • Excellent consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to deliver effective presentations and product demos highlighting the key value proposition.
  • Staffing and Recruiting market knowledge, and/or software/SaaS background is preferred.
  • Superb communication skills (written and verbal).
  • High energy levels, a high degree of integrity, self-motivation, a positive attitude, a proactive approach to work, and confidence.
  • Demonstrated success in a B2B sales environment.
  • Prior experience selling CRM, ERP, and HRMS software is preferred.
  • Comfortable using tools such as CRM for process management and reporting.
  • Recruitment Experience is a plus.
  • Must be Comfortable with different time allocations and highly adaptable to changes (The core working hour is 12 PM - 9 PM).
