Business Development Representative
You will be a key member of the Manatal sales team assisting in the successful acquisition of new clients. This role is for someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit and is seeking a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify inbound leads in order to ensure that potential customers are matching defined eligibility criteria
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Use cold calling and other outbound tactics to reach out to prospects, to create a great first impression by inspiring them to learn how Manatal can benefit their business
- Research accounts, Identify prospective key stakeholders through outbound research methods.
- Understand and analyze customers' business needs, technical requirements, and current challenges. Position the right offering accordingly, highlighting the relevant product capabilities to demonstrate values.
- Initiate and nurture relationships with prospects, then set up meetings between prospects and members of our Business Operations Executive team
- Utilize Outreach sequences to achieve weekly prospecting metrics and optimize prospecting techniques.
- Continuously improve alignment with Business Operations Executive team
- Hit and consistently exceed targets
- Keep meticulous records of interactions with leads in our CRM
- Analyze commercial results to identify potential opportunities as well as improvements on products, technology, and internal operational models
- Other tasks assigned by the CEO and management.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 1-3 years of business development experience from a software/SaaS background
- Excellent consultative selling skills
- Ability to deliver effective presentations and product demos highlighting the key value proposition
- Staffing and Recruiting market knowledge is preferred
- Superb communication skills (written and verbal)
- High energy levels, a high degree of integrity, self-motivated, positive attitude, proactive approach to work, confidence
- Demonstrated success in a B2B sales environment
- Prior experience in selling software such as CRM, ERP, and HRMS is preferred
- Comfortable using tools such as CRM for process management and reporting
- Recruitment Experience a plus
- Must be Comfortable with different time allocations and highly adaptable to changes (The core working hour is 12 PM - 9 PM)
