We are seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Infrastructure Support to support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, networks, and storage systems. This role focuses on ensuring system stability, infrastructure readiness, and operational support for business-critical environments.

What You'll Do

• Ensure optimal infrastructure service levels for internal departments and customers
• Provide operational support for enterprise systems based on organisational requirements
• Perform daily operational checks and assist with data processing and service availability reporting
• Monitor and manage system backups, infrastructure housekeeping, and network/storage health checks
• Ensure all incidents and requests are responded to within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Provide IT support during internal and external corporate events when required
• Prepare reports on user access, patch management, and release management for IT management review
• Manage procurement-related tasks including IT infrastructure purchasing and invoice coordination
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory including IP networking, firewall configurations, and system access listings
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment of critical infrastructure projects
• Collaborate with vendors to document and implement scalable infrastructure workflows and configurations
• Monitor data center, systems, and network performance using tools such as Icinga, Netflow, and PRTG
• Support cybersecurity reviews, audit investigations, and regulatory reporting requirements
• Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) simulations
• Contribute to continuous improvements in infrastructure and network operations
• Review and update IT-related policies and procedures periodically

What You Bring

Must-have:

• Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in network and server troubleshooting or infrastructure support
• Experience with Linux (RedHat), Windows Server OS, server virtualization, storage, and networking devices
• Knowledge of Active Directory, firewalls, load balancers, packet shapers, switches, TCP/IP, DNS, and file services
• Experience administering Microsoft Server and Windows platforms
• Familiarity with Huawei network security administration and troubleshooting
• Understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks such as SC TRM and BNM RMiT guidelines
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work on shifts when required

Nice-to-have:

• Experience supervising infrastructure or network support teams (for senior-level roles)
• ITIL-based experience in Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management
