We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead - Product Data Management (PDM) to lead the development and optimisation of product data systems using the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, enabling seamless collaboration and lifecycle management across manufacturing teams.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with factory business teams to support product specification development (Levels 1–3)
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions within 3DEXPERIENCE
• Manage product data lifecycle ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security
• Design and maintain data models to support product development processes
• Enable real-time collaboration through robust platform configuration
• Drive evolution of PDM into a full PLM solution
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality policies
• Implement data visualisation and analytics for performance optimisation
• Manage users, roles, and access within the platform
• Integrate 3DEXPERIENCE PDM with ERP systems
• Provide technical leadership and best practices guidance
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
• Maintain documentation and deliver training to stakeholders

What You Bring

Must-have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 8–9 years of experience in PDM systems, preferably 3DEXPERIENCE
• Strong expertise in data modelling and workflow design
• Experience in 3DEXPERIENCE administration (users, infrastructure, databases)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in manufacturing or factory environments

Nice-to-have:

• Understanding of product specification development and PLM
• Experience integrating ERP and PDM systems
• Knowledge of Quality Management processes in 3DEXPERIENCE
• Experience with data visualisation and analytics tools
• Relevant 3DEXPERIENCE or PDM certifications
• Familiarity with integration tools and middleware
• Experience working in Agile environments
