We are seeking an experienced Web Developer to contribute to our Retail Digital Banking platforms, focusing on building secure, scalable, and high-performance web applications and integrations within a dynamic Agile environment.

What You'll Do

• Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications for Digital Banking platforms
• Build responsive front-end components using React, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate services using Oracle databases and APIs
• Support Unix-based deployments, batch jobs, and application scripts
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize performance
• Ensure applications comply with security, audit, and regulatory standards
• Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews
• Support DevOps activities including CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and management reports as required
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the team

What You Bring

Must-have:

• 6–9 years of experience in web application development
• Strong hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
• Experience working with Oracle databases and SQL
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux/HPUX operating systems
• Experience in application troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization
• Strong understanding of SDLC and change management processes
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skill

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with Java, JSP, Spring Framework, XML, SQL, and Unix scripting
• Exposure to AEM Forms/Sites, TeamSite, or Web Content Management (WCM) platforms
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and management reporting practices
• Experience in banking or financial services domain, especially Retail Digital Banking
