We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the product roadmap and lifecycle while partnering closely with business and technical teams on enhancements and future initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Lead product discovery with internal stakeholders, including customer journey mapping, identifying user needs, and building roadmaps aligned to business goals
• Collaborate with UI/UX and industrial design teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and product designs
• Own key aspects of Agile product delivery, including user stories, backlog grooming, triage, prioritisation, and cross-functional coordination
• Translate product strategy into detailed business and functional requirements, prototypes, and actionable plans
• Support product strategy development by identifying product differentiation, market opportunities, and competitive threats
• Partner closely with development and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and faster time-to-market
• Work with engineering teams from concept through prototyping, development, and production rollout
• Build strong alignment and buy-in for the product vision internally and with relevant external partners

What You Bring

Must-have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of overall working experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a Product Management role
• Experience in Product Management within domains such as E-Commerce, Customer Support, or Merchant Support
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems and use data, analytics, and user research to guide product decisions
• Good understanding of technology concepts such as APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capability
• Creative mindset with a clear product vision

Nice-to-have

• Experience working with airline technology systems
• Exposure to Google Cloud Platform
• Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
• Prior experience in the Travel or E-Commerce domain
