We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage internal IT projects across the organisation, ensuring delivery aligns with timelines, scope, and business objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Manage multiple internal IT projects and workstreams concurrently
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver milestones within agreed timelines and budgets
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, tracking, and execution
  • Monitor resource capacity and utilisation for optimal delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, success criteria, and expectations
  • Ensure governance compliance including scope, change, risk, issue management, and reporting
  • Conduct regular project meetings, including steering committee updates
  • Provide accurate and timely status reports to senior management
  • Support and mentor junior project managers where required
  • Drive change management and encourage adoption of project deliverables


What You Bring

Must-have

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management
  • Proven experience managing medium to large-scale IT projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior leadership engagement
  • Hands-on experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project)
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities, scope changes, and project resets
  • Strong problem-solving, planning, and execution capabilities
