Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with at least 2 years of experience in lead generation and outbound sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities to support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social media to generate qualified leads

· Research and identify new potential clients and key decision-makers

· Schedule meetings and product demos for senior sales representatives or account executives

· Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information and communication logs

· Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies

· Meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion KPIs

· Nurture early-stage leads and build long-term relationships through consistent follow-ups

Requirements:

· Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

· Minimum 2 years of experience as an SDR, Telesales Rep, or in outbound sales

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)

· Understanding of sales performance metrics, pipeline management, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

· Strong research and qualification skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
