Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Team Lead Operations at Abacus. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating projects, managing teams, and ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Project Management, Team Management, and Operations Management skills
- Business operations experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment
- Experience in the technology or consulting industry is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
