Paid Ads Specialist / Media Buyer (FB, YT, LinkedIn + AI Tools)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Paid Ads Specialist / Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in performance marketing, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and using AI tools to improve ad performance, creative testing, and reporting. This role requires a data-driven marketer who can generate qualified leads, improve return on ad spend, and support overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop effective media buying strategies to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive conversions.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market research to improve campaign performance.
- Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, copy, targeting, and landing page performance.
- Monitor campaign budgets, bids, and performance metrics to maximize ROI and reduce cost per lead/acquisition.
- Use AI tools to support ad copy generation, creative testing, audience insights, reporting, and campaign optimization.
- Analyze campaign data and provide regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and lead quality.
- Stay up to date with platform changes, advertising trends, and best practices in paid media.
- Identify opportunities for scaling successful campaigns and improving underperforming ads.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in paid media, media buying, or performance marketing.
- Proven experience managing campaigns on Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with lead generation and performance-based advertising.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and making decisions based on campaign performance.
- Familiarity with AI tools for marketing, content creation, optimization, or reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, Professional Services, Technology, or the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry is highly desirable.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and YouTube advertising.
- Experience using AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, AdCreative.ai, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization, funnel strategy, and conversion tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or CRM platforms.
- Experience working with remote or international teams.
