Senior Quantity Surveyor (with Procurement Background) Remote

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong procurement experience to join our remote team immediately. The ideal candidate will play a key role in cost management, contract administration, and procurement processes for ongoing and upcoming AEC projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation

• Lead procurement activities: vendor sourcing, negotiation, and evaluation

• Manage subcontractor and supplier contracts and payments

• Conduct value engineering and cost-saving analysis

• Monitor budgets, project costs, and financial progress reports

• Collaborate with design, engineering, and project management teams remotely

• Review project variations, claims, and provide cost-related advice

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in QS, with strong procurement involvement.
• Proven track record in cost planning, tendering, and contract negotiation.

• Experience in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) sectors

• Excellent English communication and reporting skills

• Proficient in MS Excel, CostX, Bluebeam, or other QS software

• Able to work independently in a fully remote setup

• Must be available to start immediately

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with international or remote-based teams

• Familiarity with FIDIC or other standard contract formats

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
