We are looking for an experienced Architect or Architectural Technologist to support our team in developing a complete construction drawing package for a residential new build project. The role is remote and project-based, working closely with an international design team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop detailed construction drawings for a residential new build project.
• Translate design concepts into technical, build-ready drawings.
• Produce plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.
• Coordinate and incorporate design revisions as required.
• Ensure drawings comply with UK building standards and regulations (as directed).
• Collaborate with the project team and respond to feedback in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
• Proven experience producing construction drawing packages for UK projects.
• Strong background in UK residential new build projects (multi-unit experience preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Ability to work independently in a remote work-from-home setup.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
