Sales Manager (AEC / Intelligent Resourcing)

 Job Description:

ADDMORE provides intelligent resourcing solutions for the AEC industry, supporting architecture, interior design, and construction firms with scalable BIM, CAD, estimating, and production teams.

We help firms manage workload spikes, delivery pressure, and capacity gaps through structured, embedded delivery PODs.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive new business across architecture, design, and construction markets.

This is a consultative sales role, focused on solving client capacity and delivery challenges—not traditional staffing sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage a strong pipeline of AEC clients
  • Conduct discovery calls and identify delivery pain points
  • Sell intelligent resourcing and POD-based solutions
  • Manage CRM, forecasting, and deal progression
  • Build long-term client relationships across global markets

Requirements

  • 7+ years B2B sales experience (AEC, outsourcing, staffing, SaaS preferred)
  • Understanding of architecture, construction, or BIM workflows (preferred)
  • Strong consultative and relationship-based selling skills
  • Proven track record of closing service-based deals
  • Confident engaging senior decision-makers
