Key Responsibilities

• Establish cost plans, budgets, forecasts, and cost control procedures.
• Monitor commitments, variations, actual costs, and projected final costs.
• Prepare cost reports and advise project teams on financial risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in QS, construction, engineering, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of cost management experience.
• Strong analytical, reporting, Excel, and construction commercial skills.
