Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Stone & Marble Fit-Out (Hotel & Casino Project)

We are urgently hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in stone and marble fit-out works for large-scale hotel and casino projects.

Immediate joiners only.
Do not apply if currently employed.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Strong hands-on experience in stone and marble fit-out works (hotel & casino projects is a must)
• Overseas project experience is required
• Proficient in PlanSwift and Microsoft Excel
• Strong background in quantity take-off, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, variation claims, and cost control
• Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection
• Must have a high-performance computer (with high RAM capacity) suitable for handling large drawings and estimating software
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Must be available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for stone and marble works
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Prepare and evaluate variations and claims
• Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance
• Coordinate remotely with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors
