We are looking for a skilled Stone Drafter with strong experience in stone shop drawings and cutting lists, particularly for hotel and casino projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with marble, granite, and other natural stones, and understands the high level of accuracy and coordination required for luxury hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed stone shop drawings for marble, granite, and engineered stone

• Produce accurate cutting lists / cut sheets for fabrication and installation
• Coordinate stone layouts, elevations, sections, and details
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, tolerances, and industry standards
• Coordinate with designers, QS, and site teams to resolve technical issues
• Revise drawings based on consultant and client comments
• Ensure drawings are suitable for hotel and casino standards, including premium finishes

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Stone Drafter in fit-out or stone works

• Strong background in hotel and casino projects
• Solid understanding of marble, granite, limestone, and engineered stone
• Experience preparing cutting lists / cut sheets for fabrication
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Technical Skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD (required)

• Ability to interpret architectural and interior design drawings
• Experience coordinating stone works with other trades
• Knowledge of shop drawing standards for international projects (Middle East experience is a plus)
