About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Social Media Manager to lead and elevate our digital presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with data-driven decision-making and has a proven track record of growing brand awareness, increasing audience engagement, and delivering measurable business results through social media.
As our Social Media Manager, you will own the end-to-end social media strategy, from content planning and execution to performance analysis and continuous optimization.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
- Lead the planning, creation, publishing, and optimization of content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Transform long-form content into compelling short-form videos, including Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
- Create engaging captions, hooks, and calls to action that drive audience growth and engagement.
- Own and manage a structured content calendar while ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Identify emerging trends, platform updates, and content opportunities to keep the brand competitive.
- Plan and execute organic growth initiatives to increase followers, engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
- Develop and manage influencer partnerships, creator collaborations, and paid social initiatives where appropriate.
- Monitor community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions in a professional and timely manner.
- Analyze social media performance using platform analytics and third-party tools, translating data into actionable recommendations.
- Prepare executive-level monthly performance reports highlighting KPIs, campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media efforts support broader marketing and business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience managing social media for established brands, agencies, or high-growth businesses.
- Demonstrated success in growing social media communities, increasing engagement, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-performing social media campaigns, content strategies, and measurable results across multiple platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and evolving social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proven experience developing and executing content strategies that drive organic growth and audience engagement.
- Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills with excellent English communication, grammar, and editing abilities.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting social media metrics and making data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools, including Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Canva, CapCut, Opus Clip, or similar platforms.
- Highly organized with exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with dental, healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, or service-based brands
- Experience with sponsored posts or influencer collaborations
- Basic video editing skills
- Familiarity with Opus Clips, CapCut, Canva, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, or similar tools
- Understanding of how transformation or before and after content performs online
