We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Senior Virtual Executive Assistant to support a founder-level leader in a professional services environment. This role is focused on optimizing executive operations, managing high-level communication, advancing strategic projects, and supporting content and outreach initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Manage executive calendar, priorities, and high-level communications

Oversee inbox management, email outreach, and follow-up sequences
- Track project progress, deadlines, and KPIs; maintain organized dashboards

Organize supporting documents, and reference materials

Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and executive engagements

Handle travel coordination and itinerary management

Support content creation, communication initiatives, and outreach campaigns
