Digital Marketing Assistant

A digital marketing assistant supports the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms, helping increase a company's digital presence and engagement.

Core Responsibilities

  • Supporting the marketing manager and team with day-to-day operations and project coordination.
  • Managing social media accounts, including creating, scheduling, and tracking post engagement.
  • Assisting with email marketing campaigns and maintaining email databases.
  • Performing market research and analyzing digital metrics from Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Updating website content using content management systems (CMS).
  • Assisting with search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns.
  • Writing and posting online content, including blog posts, press releases, and marketing materials.
  • Preparing reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance.
  • Supporting event coordination, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, or digital media.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, AdWords, and CRM or email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp).
  • Solid understanding of SEO, social media, and online advertising concepts.
  • Strong written communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
  • Creative mind and keen attention to detail, with the ability to follow brand guidelines closely.
