Digital Marketing Assistant
A digital marketing assistant supports the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms, helping increase a company's digital presence and engagement.
Core Responsibilities
- Supporting the marketing manager and team with day-to-day operations and project coordination.
- Managing social media accounts, including creating, scheduling, and tracking post engagement.
- Assisting with email marketing campaigns and maintaining email databases.
- Performing market research and analyzing digital metrics from Google Analytics and other tools.
- Updating website content using content management systems (CMS).
- Assisting with search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns.
- Writing and posting online content, including blog posts, press releases, and marketing materials.
- Preparing reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance.
- Supporting event coordination, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, or digital media.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, AdWords, and CRM or email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp).
- Solid understanding of SEO, social media, and online advertising concepts.
- Strong written communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
- Creative mind and keen attention to detail, with the ability to follow brand guidelines closely.
