Project Overview

In this role, you will play a key part in improving the accuracy and reliability of our data across important platforms like Microsoft Dynamics and HubSpot. Your main responsibility will be reviewing and cleaning a set of about 5,000 records, identifying duplicates, fixing errors, and archiving outdated information to ensure our data is trustworthy and up to date.

You'll work carefully within live systems, following clear procedures to merge or remove redundant records without disrupting operations. Monitoring data synchronization and spotting potential issues will be important aspects of your day-to-day work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and clean data across various systems, starting with Microsoft Dynamics and HubSpot but potentially expanding to others over time
  • Identify and resolve duplicate records, inconsistencies, and outdated information across contact, company, or other related data sets
  • Carefully merge or archive redundant records, following best practices and internal procedures
  • Operate within live production environments with a high degree of accuracy and caution
  • Monitor and report on potential synchronization or data flow issues between systems
  • Follow established data cleanup processes while proactively recommending improvements or automations to increase efficiency
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to communicate progress, raise concerns, and clarify priorities

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience working with CRM or enterprise systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Strong data management and problem-solving skills, particularly with identifying and correcting duplicates or data errors
  • Comfort working in live/active systems and adhering to data governance policies
  • Ability to learn new platforms quickly and follow detailed procedures
  • High attention to detail and consistency in handling data
  • Clear and proactive communicator, both independently and within a team setting

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience troubleshooting system sync issues or supporting integrations between platforms
  • Familiarity with tools or scripts that enhance data cleanup or auditing processes
  • Interest or aptitude in system administration, data quality analysis, or process automation

Additional Information

  • Initial work will focus on a project involving approximately 5,000 records, with training and documentation provided
  • The role may expand over time to include broader responsibilities in maintaining and optimizing data integrity across additional systems and platforms

Estimated Workload

  • Initial phase: Around 4 hours per day, 5 Days a week
  • Possible to be moved to a full time role. 
  • Will be working in the US Time Zone.

Compensation

  • Hourly Rate: PHP 300 to 800 per hour, depending on your experience.
