Role and Responsibilities:
1. Assist the President & CEO with administrative tasks according to the mission, vision, and values of the company.
- Email Management
- Calendar/Schedule Management
- Project Management/Coordination
- Event/Meeting Management
- Travel Coordination/Management
- Coordinate with vendors: Printed materials, Arranging Mailings, Meals, Etc.
2. Other tasks as required by the President & CEO
3. Communications/Team Meetings
- Daily Meeting with the President & CEO
- All Staff As Required
- Weekly Meeting
4. Individual Training and Development
