Virtual Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support a founder-level leader in a professional services environment. This role focuses on optimizing schedules, managing communication, moving projects forward, and supporting content and outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, priorities, and communication
  • Support email outreach and follow-up
  • Coordinate with vendors: Printed materials, arranging mailings, meals, etc.
  • Track project progress and maintain dashboards
  • Organize supporting documents and reference materials
  • Assist with inbox management over time
  • Event/Meeting Management 
  • Travel Coordination/Management

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word
  • Ability to learn tools quickly
  • Self-directed, reliable, and accurate with time tracking
  • Comfortable supporting content, communication, and outreach tasks
