Job description:

  1. Attend to inbound calls in a contact center environment
  2. Able to provide a high service level by interacting with international customers with an aim to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
  3. Able to resolve customer queries and issues with an aim to provide a first call resolution
  4. A good listener with an ability to establish a good rapport with the customers as well as attending to their needs to offer relevant product, services, and solutions from the brand
  5. Have a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and integrity

Requirements:

  1. Possess a Diploma / Degree (Minimum SPM holder must have working experience in customer service)
  2. Must be able to work on rotational shifts
  3. Excellent communication skills and fluent in English language (spoken and written)
  4. Available to work at TRX (Tun Razak Exchange)
